talked on the phone with tr till 4am.
woke up at 1215 and i rushed down to school for training.
hahaha manage to get away with the 20rounds+stairs, situps, pushups and jump-steps! =x cause i was playing for the cdiv against uh... Changkat Primary?!

so i cabbed home instead.
was dying of a horrible terrible BAD headache.
felt as though my brain's gonna explode any second =x
fact of the day : eat 1hour after training or else you'l gain weight! =P
though voices keep telling me to move on.
