and that, really affected my running during top16.
all this are just, bruises only.

i've been superduper busy of late,

i've just been so overwhelmed with schoolwork, tests, basketball practices+game, and everything else like tuition, what to wear and what to eat.

and by the time all of that's been sorted out and half done,

i'm too tired to do anything else.

no more junk food (maybe, once a month only?),
no consuming of food after 2030,
skip recess (unless im super hungry),
not more than 250ml of sweetened drink a day,
have a light dinner everyday,
and and and most importantly, DO MY SITUPS + PUSHUPS! :D

anyway, training today was considered slack compared to the past few weeks though we ran alot cause we couldnt hit the expected timing =/

had breakfast cum lunch cum dinner after tuition with jasper and cheongheng at eunos.
then, went back to sbc to watch match with sara sarah.
today was so empty i think there was less than 20 people watching?
hahaha anyway, aljunied won. so they're 3rd.

it was that kind of a day that you would just burst out crying if they told you that you had to stay back in school for an extra class.

been super distracted the whole day,

that i took the wrong bus for tuition.

ended up at tamp and i had to take a bus back home, then to tuition again.

was 30mins late =x so it felt like a total waste of time going down. zz -.-
