elective/half geog students, page 150. (if i didnt remember wrongly)

• no more junk food (maybe, once a month only?),
• no consuming of food after 2030,
• skip recess (unless im super hungry),
• not more than 250ml of sweetened drink a day,
• have a light dinner everyday,
• and and and most importantly, DO MY SITUPS + PUSHUPS! :D

rushed down for u16 training with liangkai, and i reached just on the dot!
was expecting quite alot of people to come today but only 10 turned up? =/
zz whole of east zone non came la.
but u18 was much pathetic than ours. they only had 5! =x
anyway, training today was considered slack compared to the past few weeks though we ran alot cause we couldnt hit the expected timing =/

had breakfast cum lunch cum dinner after tuition with jasper and cheongheng at eunos.
then, went back to sbc to watch match with sara sarah.
today was so empty i think there was less than 20 people watching?
hahaha anyway, aljunied won. so they're 3rd.
